All Austin Racing exhausts are meticulously handcrafted to order in the UK by a small, dedicated team, ensuring each exhaust is made with exceptional quality. Only premium materials are used in the manufacturing process.

Updated: January 2025

• Slip-Ons and Decat Systems: 7–10 weeks

• Full Systems: 8–11 weeks

These lead times include shipping to Australia HQ, followed by delivery via Australia Post with tracking. New Zealand customers should allow an additional 5 working days.

Production Stages:

• Processing: Order received and added to the build queue (1–3 weeks)

• Build in Progress: Materials are cut and bent (1–4 weeks)

• Build Progressing: Welding and assembly of materials (2–4 weeks)

• Final Fabrication & Packing: Assembly, finishing, decals/logos application, and packaging (1–2 weeks)

• Shipped from UK: Including Australian customs processing (5–10 days)

• Dispatched from Melbourne HQ: Order received, checked, and shipped via Australia Post with tracking (2–7 days)
