2026 KTM 990 RC-R – RS22 Underseat Slip-On Titanium dB Compliant Exhaust System

Developed specifically for the 2026 KTM 990 RC-R, the RS22 Underseat Slip-On range delivers a serious upgrade in sound, weight reduction, and visual impact while maintaining everyday usability and dB compliance where required.

Available in both the V3 and V3 Mini-R configurations, these systems are hand-crafted from premium titanium and engineered with advanced internal flow dynamics to sharpen the bike’s character without the need for ECU changes — making them a true bolt-on performance upgrade.

Tested and certified to UK dB conformity standards, each compliant system is supplied with a certificate and laser-etched eNumber on the silencer to assist with road use requirements throughout mainland Europe.

V3 Slip-On

The V3 is our most versatile slip-on option, balancing a deep exhaust tone with strong visual presence.

• Angular Tip Colours: Orange or Black

Longer sleeve options deliver a deeper, more refined exhaust note while maintaining excellent usability for road and touring applications.

V3 Mini-R Slip-On

The V3 Mini-R is the most compact and aggressive option in the range, designed for riders chasing maximum attitude in the smallest possible package.

• Can Finishes: Titanium or Black Ceramic
• Angular Tip Colours: Orange, Black, or Titanium

The shorter design produces a sharper, more aggressive exhaust tone with an unmistakable race-inspired appearance.

Exhaust Types: We offer three types of exhaust systems:

1. Slip-On Exhausts: These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.
2. De-cat Systems: A decat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.
3. Full Systems: A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
