Introducing our special limited-edition Black Edition exhaust system for the 2026 KTM 990 RC-R, featuring the V3 silencer paired with ceramic-coated pipework for a stealthy, aggressive finish.

Designed for riders wanting maximum visual impact, reduced weight, and a sharper exhaust character, this system delivers substantial performance and styling gains over the OEM setup while maintaining premium fitment and usability.

Manufactured from high-grade titanium and finished with black ceramic-coated sections, the Black Edition system combines lightweight construction with exceptional durability and heat resistance.

Available as both a Box Delete configuration using the OEM headers, or as a complete Full System setup for maximum performance potential.

V3 Silencer

The V3 is our most versatile exhaust option, balancing deep exhaust tone with strong visual presence.

Exhaust Types: We offer three types of exhaust systems:

1. Slip-On Exhausts: These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.
2. De-cat Systems: A decat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.
3. Full Systems: A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
