Description
Aprilia RSV4 / Tuono V4 De-Cat Exhaust System with V3 Mini-R Silencer
Race-Bred Performance. Handcrafted in the UK.
Developed to unleash the full character of Aprilia’s legendary V4 engine, the Austin Racing V3 Mini-R De-Cat System combines uncompromising performance, significant weight reduction, and an unmistakable race-inspired sound.
At the heart of the system is the iconic V3 Mini-R silencer, featuring a compact conical design and angular outlet tip that perfectly complements the aggressive styling of the RSV4 and Tuono V4. Designed for riders who want the rawest Austin Racing experience, the V3 Mini-R delivers an exceptionally deep, aggressive exhaust note while enhancing throttle response and overall riding enjoyment.
Every Austin Racing exhaust is handcrafted to order by a small team of specialist fabricators in the United Kingdom. Unlike mass-produced systems, each exhaust is individually assembled, hand-finished and TIG welded using premium aerospace-grade titanium. This meticulous approach ensures exceptional build quality, precise fitment and the distinctive craftsmanship that has made Austin Racing one of the most sought-after exhaust manufacturers in the motorcycle industry.
Constructed entirely from titanium, the system offers substantial weight savings compared to the factory exhaust while maintaining the durability required for both road and track use. Advanced flow dynamics and extensive development result in power gains of approximately 3–5 bhp, improved throttle response and a more engaging riding experience throughout the rev range.

Servo Eliminator Required
A servo eliminator is required when fitting this system and must be purchased separately.
ECU Mapping
No ECU remapping is required for installation. However, additional performance gains can be achieved with a race ECU map or custom dyno tune.
For riders looking to maximise performance, we recommend the UpMap T800+ for the Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono V4 range. Developed by renowned Aprilia tuner Gabro, the platform provides access to a comprehensive library of professionally developed ECU calibrations that have been dyno tested and extensively validated on both road and track.
Important Notes
Road Use: Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels can vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Please review the specifications carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Build Times: Our exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for more complex full systems. For the latest estimated delivery times, please visit Current Build Times. These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.
Exhaust Types: We offer three types of exhaust systems:
1. Slip-On Exhausts: These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.
2. De-cat Systems: A decat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.
3. Full Systems: A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
Each system is designed to cater to different performance, sound, and aesthetic goals. If you’re unsure which option suits your needs, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Design Updates: As each exhaust is handmade to order, our designs are constantly evolving to incorporate improvements. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the pictures shown. These differences are typically very minor and represent the ongoing enhancements we make to ensure the highest quality. This adaptability is one of the unique benefits of owning a handcrafted exhaust.
