This website is operated by Austin Racing Exhausts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Austin Racing Exhausts. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have given consent for any minors using this site.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
You understand that content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Credit card data is always encrypted.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.
SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is for general information only and should not be solely relied upon.
We may update content without obligation to notify users. You agree it's your responsibility to monitor changes.
SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or part of it) at any time without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of the Service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All Austin Racing exhausts are handmade to order in the UK using high-quality materials. Build times vary depending on configuration and custom options.
Delivery estimates (Updated January 2026):
Slip-Ons & Decat Systems: 7–10 weeks
Full Systems: 8–11 weeks
Includes shipping to our Melbourne HQ, then via Australia Post with tracking.
New Zealand customers: Allow an additional 5 business days.

Current Build Times
Production Stages:
Processing: Order added to build queue (1–3 weeks)
Build in Progress: Materials cut/bent (1–4 weeks)
Build Progressing: Welding & assembly (2–4 weeks)
Final Fabrication & Packing: Finishing, logos, and packing (1–2 weeks)
Shipped from UK: Including customs clearance (5–10 days)
Dispatch from Melbourne HQ: Checked and shipped (2–7 days)
Maximum Lead Times (in extreme circumstances such as material issues, pandemics, freight delays, lost items etc)
Slip-Ons: 7-15 weeks
De-Cats & Full Systems: 8-26 weeks
(Add 1 week for black ceramic hard coat option.)
Orders exceeding these timeframes may be cancelled for a full refund.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Cancellations:
Within 7 days of order: $50 administration fee applies
After 7 days but before dispatch: 20% restocking fee
Returns (non-faulty items):
Subject to 40% restocking fee
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Custom-made, special-order, or third-party products not made by Austin Racing cannot be returned

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY
All exhaust systems are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.
To make a claim:
Include order details, description of issue, and photos
Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required
Shipping for Warranty Claims:
Customer must cover shipping to our Melbourne HQ
If return to the UK factory is required, a $99 freight and handling fee applies each way
Warranty Exclusions:
Crash damage, misuse, or improper installation
Heat discolouration, corrosion, or wear from regular use
Tip finish imperfections or cosmetic colour flaws
Modifications or use with incompatible parts
Use on public roads where not road-legal
Warranty covers repair or replacement only, at our discretion. Labour, tuning, and consequential costs are not covered.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties. Use at your own risk.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
You agree we may use any feedback or submissions without restriction or compensation. We may remove unlawful or offensive content.
SECTION 12 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We may correct errors or omissions in content or pricing at any time without notice.
SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site for unlawful purposes, including spamming, hacking, or violating others' rights.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the service. Products are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated.
We are not liable for damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Racing Exhausts and affiliates against any claims due to your breach of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Austin Racing Exhausts and supersede prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

SECTION 23 – ROAD USE DISCLAIMER
Our exhaust systems are primarily designed for track and race use.
Non-homologated systems are not road legal in most regions. It is your responsibility to check local road regulations before use on public roads.
We take no responsibility for fines, penalties, or vehicle inspection issues resulting from non-compliance.
