BMW S1000RR 2015–2016 GP3 ARCS De-Cat Race Exhaust Systems

Transform the sound, performance and appearance of your 2015–2016 BMW S1000RR with the Austin Racing GP3 ARCS De-Cat Race Exhaust System.

Constructed from titanium and designed for maximum flow, reduced weight and unmistakable Austin Racing sound, this de-cat system delivers a serious performance upgrade while retaining the factory OEM headers.

End Can Options

GP1R
70mm bore tip, available in black or pure titanium.

GP2
200mm carbon can.

GP2R
110mm carbon can.

V3
Available in 150mm or 200mm lengths, with a Black Ceramic or titanium finish.

Features & Performance

  • Full titanium construction
  • Advanced flow dynamics
  • Approximately 8–12 bhp performance gain with the de-cat system, depending on the tune
  • No remap is required for the de-cat system, although adding a fuelling module can provide significant additional gains
  • GP3 noise levels vary depending on the selected end can, ranging from approximately 98 dB to 108+ dB
  • Carbon GP1 option uses a carbon sleeve over titanium for excellent long-term durability
  • For race use, regular insert repacking is recommended, or the insert can be removed completely
  • Full fitting instructions supplied
  • Approximate system weight: 1 kg

ARCS De-Cat Installation

The 2015–2016 ARCS de-cat system requires the original catalytic converter box to be cut off.

Once removed, the Austin Racing components simply clamp into position. No welding is required.

Noise Levels

Tested at 5,500 RPM:

  • GP1R: 106 dB with dB killer / 108 dB without
  • GP2R: 106 dB with dB killer / 108 dB without
  • GP2: 104 dB with dB killer / 106 dB without
  • V3: 98 dB with dB killer / 100 dB without

Noise figures are provided as a guide and may vary depending on the motorcycle, setup, testing conditions and configuration.
