Kawasaki Ninja 650 / Z650 GP3 De-Cat Race Exhaust System
The Austin Racing GP3 De-Cat Race Exhaust System for the Kawasaki Ninja 650 and Z650 delivers a major reduction in weight, sharper throttle response, and the aggressive sound Austin Racing is known for.
Available in a range of can styles and finishes to suit your build:
GP1R – 60mm bore tip in Black or Pure Titanium
GP2 – 200mm carbon can
GP2R – 110mm carbon can
V3 – 150mm, 200mm or 250mm can in Black Ceramic or Titanium
This de-cat system replaces the factory catalytic converter section and comes complete with everything required to bolt on and ride. No remap is required for installation, however for riders chasing additional performance gains, we recommend fitting a Power Commander V (PCV) or equivalent with a custom tune.
Please note: this system requires cutting of the standard exhaust during installation. Refer to the fitting instructions for full details.

These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.
Exhaust Types: We offer three types of exhaust systems:
- Slip-On Exhausts: These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.
- De-cat Systems: A decat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.
- Full Systems: A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
