2021–2025 Kawasaki ZX-10R GP3 De-Cat Race Exhaust System
The Austin Racing GP3 De-Cat Race Exhaust System for the 2021–2025 Kawasaki ZX-10R is a lightweight, high-flow upgrade designed to deliver aggressive sound, reduced weight, and a clean race-inspired finish.
Built from full titanium and designed to bolt directly onto the original stock header pipes, this system removes the catalytic converter while retaining the OEM headers. It is a straightforward fitment option for riders chasing improved performance, sharper looks, and the unmistakable Austin Racing sound.
Muffler Options
- GP1R: 60mm bore angular tip, available in Black or Pure Titanium
- GP2: 200mm carbon can
- GP2R: 110mm carbon can
- V3: 150mm can, available in Black Ceramic or Titanium
The GP1 carbon option uses a carbon sleeve over titanium, giving it excellent long-term durability.

Tested at 5,500rpm:
- GP1R: 105dB with dB killer / 107dB without dB killer
- GP2R: 105dB with dB killer / 107dB without dB killer

- V3: 101dB with dB killer / 103dB without dB killer

Exhaust Types: We offer three types of exhaust systems:
- Slip-On Exhausts: These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.
- De-cat Systems: A decat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.
- Full Systems: A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
