2020–2024 KTM Super Duke 1290 R/Evo – RS22 Underseat Slip-On Exhaust Systems (Race & dB Compliant)

Engineered for the KTM Super Duke 1290 R and Evo models, the RS22 underseat slip-on delivers serious performance and sound gains while retaining a clean, aggressive aesthetic. This system is built entirely from titanium and is available in both dB compliant and race configurations.

The RS22 features dual angular exit tips, available in orange, black, or titanium. It mounts neatly under the tail for that signature Super Duke look, and now includes a carbon fibre guard upgrade for improved durability and style over the previous printed version.

Exhaust Types:
We offer three types of exhaust systems:

1. Slip-On Exhausts: Replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.

2. De-cat Systems: Replace both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.

3. Full Systems: Replace the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers—ideal for those seeking maximum performance and weight savings.
