FITTING COMPLEXITY
Instructions: BMW S1000RR FULL EXHAUST SYSTEM HP4 Bracket Fitting
Unleash serious performance and an aggressive new sound with our high mount full system for the 2015–2016 BMW S1000RR. This setup is all about maximising flow, dropping weight, and giving you multiple end can options to suit your style and volume preferences.
End Can Options
GP1R: 60mm bore with an angular tip, available in Black or Pure Titanium. This model features internal baffling for adjustable sound levels (96–110+ dB). Carbon version is a durable sleeve over titanium—built to last.
GP2: A 200mm carbon fibre can offering a deeper tone.
GP2R: A shorter 110mm carbon version for a compact, race-inspired look and sharper sound.
V3: Available in 150mm, 200mm, or 250mm lengths, in either black ceramic or titanium. With all inserts fitted, this can meets UK track day noise limits at 96dB.
All end cans come with internal baffling or insert options to let you fine-tune your sound output. For race use, we recommend regularly re-packing or removing the inserts entirely.

Important Notes
Road Use: Non-homologated exhaust systems may not comply with local road regulations and are intended for race use only. Noise levels can vary significantly, from standard to extremely loud. Please review the specifications carefully before ordering. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
Build Times: Our exhausts are built to order, with delivery times ranging from 6 to 10 weeks for standard systems and 10 to 15 weeks for more complex full systems. For the latest estimated delivery times, please visit Current Build Times. These timeframes reflect the handcrafted nature of our exhausts, which are produced by a small team in the UK, as well as the high demand for these limited products.
Exhaust Types:
Slip-On Exhausts: Replace the original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers intact. A simple upgrade for sound and styling.
De-cat Systems: Replace both the muffler and catalytic mid-section while keeping OEM headers, offering improved performance and weight savings.
Full Systems: Replace everything—muffler, catalytic mid-section, and headers—for the ultimate performance and weight reduction.
Each system is designed to meet different performance, sound, and aesthetic goals. If you’re unsure which option suits your needs, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Design Updates: As each exhaust is handmade to order, our designs are constantly evolving to incorporate improvements. As a result, the final product may vary slightly from the pictures shown. These differences are typically very minor and represent the ongoing enhancements we make to ensure the highest quality. This adaptability is one of the unique benefits of owning a handcrafted exhaust.
