2019–2025 BMW S1000RR GP3 ARCS De-Cat Race Exhaust Systems

Designed specifically for the 2019–2025 BMW S1000RR, the Austin Racing GP3 ARCS De-Cat Race System delivers aggressive styling, significant weight reduction, and the unmistakable Austin Racing sound. Manufactured entirely from high-grade titanium, this system is engineered for maximum flow and performance while retaining compatibility with passenger footpegs if required.

The GP1R option features a 60mm bore outlet and is available in either black or pure titanium finishes. The V3 option utilises a compact 150mm canister, available in Black Ceramic or titanium.

The carbon GP1 option features a carbon sleeve over a titanium core, providing the lightweight appearance of carbon while maintaining the long-term durability and heat resistance of titanium construction.

Important Fitment Information

This system requires cutting of the original factory exhaust system during installation.

A servo eliminator is also required for fitment. Servo plug sold separately.

Exhaust Types

We offer three types of exhaust systems:

1. Slip-On Exhausts
These replace the bike’s original muffler, leaving the mid-section (catalytic converter) and headers untouched. Slip-ons are a straightforward option to enhance sound and aesthetics.

2. De-cat Systems
A de-cat system replaces both the muffler and the mid-section (catalytic converter), while keeping the original OEM headers in place. This offers improved performance and a noticeable weight reduction.

3. Full Systems
A full system replaces all three components: the muffler, mid-section (catalytic converter), and headers. This provides a complete overhaul for maximum performance and weight savings.
